As a practitioner, your health and wellbeing are my ultimate priority.  I am proud to offer integrated reflexology and energy treatments tailored just for you, combined with a wealth of resources on topics such as dysregulated nervous systems or the effects of inflammation on the body.  I will be working with you on an individual basis and your best results are my passion! Hello, I'm Victoria Mitchell, founder of Wellness Reflexology

I'm a CRM5 (Dip) MAR Clinical Reflexologist with a range of specialisms including Enhancing Fertility and Maternity Reflexology, Adapting Reflexology for Cancer and Palliative Care and Ear Seeding.   I also offer Chi Medics, a wonderful energy balancing approach which has resulted in some fantastic feedback from my clients.


Every treatment I give is specifically tailored to your needs.  You will get your own treatment plan with notes, recommendations for in between treatments, and where necessary, referrals for further treatment elsewhere – your health and wellbeing are paramount.
