Ear seeding uses tiny vaccaria seeds from the vaccaria plant which are on small sticking plasters. I carefully locate the acupressure point on your ear based on what we are trying to help - this can enhance your treatment in between sessions

What? Is foot reading actually a thing? Well yes apparently it is. I use resources from both Jane Sheehan and Angela Telford. It's not like palm reading at all, but instead I look for areas of redness, puffiness, deep lines or hard skin to give me clues as to what might be going on health-wise
